Family Law

There is nothing “easy” or “simple” about matters involving divorce, child custody and support. Due to the emotional complexities of domestic litigation, it is important to retain counsel acting with clarity and prioritizing your best interests, ensuring a smooth and swift process. For this reason, The Law Office of Allison Reynolds emphasizes amicable resolution.

Criminal Defense

The Law Office of Allison Reynolds is dedicated to providing professional, personal and prompt representation. You will have confidence knowing that your case is being handled by an advocate for justice who will work tirelessly to protect your rights. Being charged with a crime is often a frightening and overwhelming experience, and you do not want to be standing alone before a judge and a prosecutor. Although you made a mistake, you will never feel looked down upon when you are represented by Attorney Reynolds. You will always be treated respectfully and your case will be given the immediate attention it deserves.

DUI

Jail time. Loss of driver’s license. Fines. Increasing penalties. These are some of many outcomes of a DUI conviction that are to be avoided, which is why it is important to retain Attorney Reynolds. Often, the cost associated with hiring an experienced attorney to defend your DUI charge can be significantly less than the ultimate costs of a conviction or even the costs of entry into an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program. Although ARD can benefit first-time DUI offenders because it results in a clean record upon completion and expungement, it can be quite costly.

You must be aware of the procedures the police are required to follow under the federal and state constitutions in administering a traffic stop, Breathalyzer, blood analysis, and field sobriety test. The failure of authorities to adhere to these procedures can result in the dismissal of charges and a clean driving record. Simply having your driver’s license suspended is a serious threat, as it may lead to driving on a suspended license and continue on a spiraling effect. Rather than take such a risk, you want an aggressive attorney such as Attorney Reynolds who will work to successfully defend your case, advising you of the best possible outcome along the way.

Allison handled a traffic case for me that was a little more than your normal speeding ticket. I was charged for the matter while I was incarcerated. Without her the judge and state trooper already had it planned to hit me with everything. She spoke for me and defended me and my rights. When the judge tried to intimidate me by giving me a " you're such a waste of a human being speech." She fought for me and got my case won. She is right on it when you have any questions or need advice. Super easy to get a hold of. She is one of the best up and coming lawyers in the area. Highly recommended!

Allison Reynolds is an extremely caring family and criminal defense lawyer. Obviously, those facing incarceration not only need criminal defense help, but also help with custody and divorce pending prison time. Allison handled a criminal matter for my family, and also helped with custody for our children when prison time was imminent. She was very vested in us and answers calls, texts and emails. I would recommend her to anyone, and have to family and friends. Her fees are very reasonable and her service levels seem above and beyond any other attorneys in our area.
